Joe from Hepworths ’s Kitchen is passionate about food. 
He always tries to use the finest of ingredients whilst sourcing them from local suppliers. He specialises in creating delicious gourmet food and a hassle free experience.

Joe has worked in some of the country’s leading restaurants and has considerable experience in the hospitality industry.  He started cooking from an early age and got his first job in a local pub kitchen.  Joe worked hard and quickly learnt the basics. 
As soon as he could he enrolled at the local college where he gained NVQ levels 2, 3 and 4 in Catering and Hospitality and also a BTEC in International Cookery.

Joe has done work stages at the following places:
·         The Waterside Inn (3 michelin stars)
·         Tom Aikens (1 michelin star)
·         Hibiscus (2 michelin star)
·         Petrus (2 michelin stars)
·         L’enclume (1 michelin star)

In addition to this Joe has worked under the well respected Anthony Flynn
at Anthony’s restaurant in Leeds and also at the 5 star Ellington Hotel, where
Albert Roux from the 2 michelin star restaurant le Gavroche, was the
consultant chef.
